Shipping regions

Pottery can be sent to France (mainland), EU countries, Switzerland and the UK.

For countries outside the EU, customs duties are not included in the price. Please contact me directly for shipments to other destinations.

Delivery methods

In France, Belgium, Luxemburg, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain, you can choose home delivery or pickup point delivery.

For other destinations, your order will be sent to your home exclusively.

You will receive a tracking number by email for your order.

You can also pick your order up for free at the workshop in Prades (66500).

Rate and delivery times

Shipping rates are calculated automatically before payment.

France (mainland), Belgium, Luxemburg:

• Pickup point: 5,90€ - 4 to 6 business days
• Home delivery: 8,50€ - 2 to 4 business days

In France (mainland), Belgium and Luxemburg, delivery in Point Relais® is free for orders over 50€.

Other EU countries and Switzerland: 8,50€ to 17,90€ depending on the destination - 3 to 8 business days

United Kingdom: 15,00€ to 25,00€ - 7 to 14 business days

Returns

Pottery is made to be adopted, but I accept returns of unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.
