Refund policy

 

The pottery is made to be adopted, but I accept returns of unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Are you not satisfied with your purchase or experiencing a problem with your order? Please contact me so that I can offer you an appropriate solution.

 

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reason or pay penalties.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by filling out the withdrawal form, in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673. The Customer may also send their request by mail to the following address: Sylvie Lastenouse, 25 rue de l'hospice, Prades, 66500, France.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

• Products made according to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, custom pottery with engravings or specific designs).
• Products that, after being delivered, are mixed inextricably with other items.

 

Return Conditions

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a product defect.
• The product must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging to the following address: [Your workshop address].
• We will process the refund within 14 days after receiving the product.
