Delivery Countries

The pottery can be shipped to mainland France, to countries in the European Union, to Switzerland, and to the United Kingdom.

For countries outside the EU, customs duties are not included in the price. 

Please contact me directly for shipments to other destinations.

Delivery Methods

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain: to home or to a pickup point.

Other countries: to home.

You will receive a tracking number by email for each order.

Your pottery can also be picked up for free at the workshop in Prades (Pyrénées-Orientales) via Click & Collect.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method and the destination country; they are calculated automatically before payment.

France (mainland), Belgium, and Luxembourg:

• 5.90€ to a pickup point - 4 to 6 working days.
• 8.50€ to home - 2 to 4 working days.

In France (mainland), Belgium, and Luxembourg, delivery to a pickup point is free for orders of 50€ or more.

Other EU countries and Switzerland: 8.50€ to 17.90€ - 3 to 8 working days.

United Kingdom: 15.00€ to 25.00€ - 7 to 14 working days.

Returns

Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or incur any penalty. The withdrawal period is indicated in the order confirmation email.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason or pay penalties.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify their decision by filling out the withdrawal form, in accordance with EU directive 2023/2673. The Customer may also send their request by mail to the following address: Sylvie Lastenouse, 25 rue de l'hospice, Prades, 66500, France.
